The Problem

Unauthorized or untrained operators on forklifts and heavy machinery are a leading cause of workplace incidents.

Unauthorized operation — Operators access machines without proper certification or authorization, creating liability and safety risk.
Zero accountability — Without access logging, there's no record of who operated which machine and when. Incident investigation becomes guesswork.
Compliance gaps — Manual SOP checks and paper-based logs are inconsistent. Management cannot enforce real-time compliance across shifts.
Utilization blind spots — No data on actual machine hours, idle time, or operator attendance patterns for fleet optimization.

How It Works

Authenticate

Operator presents RFID card, fingerprint, or both at the mounted access unit before starting the machine.

Verify & Authorize

System checks operator credentials against authorized list. Only certified operators can start the equipment.

Enable Ignition

Machine ignition is released only after successful authentication. Unauthorized attempts are blocked and logged.

Record & Report

All access events are logged with timestamp, operator ID, and machine ID. Data feeds into fleet management dashboards.

Key Features

Three Authentication Modes

RFID contactless card (FRAC), capacitive fingerprint (FBAC), or dual RFID + biometric (FDAC).

Ignition Interlock

Machine cannot start without successful operator authentication. Physically integrated with ignition circuit.

Seatbelt Integration

Can be combined with seatbelt interlock — machine requires both authorized operator and seatbelt fastened.

Offline Data Logging

Stores access events locally when network is unavailable. Syncs automatically when connection restores.

Hour Meter Reading

Tracks actual machine operating hours per operator. Feeds into maintenance scheduling and utilization reports.

Fleet Management Ready

Integrates with cloud dashboard for attendance management, GPS tracking, geo-fencing, and automated reporting.
